The Platit machines we have in our facility are also capable of producing: SuperTiN, TiAlCN, CrTiN, CROMTIVIc, CROMVIc, AlTiCrN, and TiXCo. Some of these require additional targets to be placed in the machine, and many of them require you to provide a full chamber load of parts, but we are willing to discuss your unique needs and how we may be of assistance.

Standard AITiN coating is run at ACS every day of the week (M-F).
TiN and TiCN are processed M-F depending on volume of tools. The average has been 2-3 days.

ACS needs a total of 6.5 hours in our shop to process an order for the complete cleaning and coating of any product.
This does not include packing and shipping time. We cannot rush the coating chamber time! ACS will do everything in its power to accommodate any emergency orders, same-day delivery, drop-shipment, and specialty coatings.
